What does it cost us?
Nothing. Teams book themselves at special terms. If you want to sponsor your teams, for example from grant funding, you get a fixed price per cohort.
How much effort is it for us?
One intro call and one onboarding session in your program. Setup, support and operations run directly between us and the teams.
What exactly does a team get?
CRM, files with office, team chat, tasks, wiki, e-signature and a password manager. All open source, one login, on its own server in Frankfurt.
What happens after the program?
The team keeps everything. Server and data belong to the startup. It can continue with us or take over the server itself.
What about data protection?
Every team has its own server in Germany, with no shared database. We sign a data processing agreement with every team. As a program, you never see the teams' data.
Can teams pay from grant funding?
Often yes, for example teams with EXIST material budgets. It depends on the funder; we issue quotes and invoices to match.
